Prefabs are sooo much more important though....According to the Dev's.
If one person is getting that error and you do not have to restart the server. The problem is at the client side. Means somewhere from that PC to the host someone lost net for even just a sec.
If you all get the message and you have to reboot the server. The server actually crashed and it might not be dumping the memory properly. Which will make a server crash and a restart will clear up any memory issues. That is why when the host looked at the server, it appeared to be running fine. On my server we have been having this a lot. I do not blame the game at all. But the ♥♥♥♥♥♥ ass cheap host. When my month runs out. I am jumping to a better server host. It is not dumping the memory and it is causing a lot of issues with the server. (Sometimes it does not pay to go with a cheap service)
Its in your Server Provider's business interest to maintain your server with good quality.
They don't have much else to work on, connectivity and customer service is their business.
You may get a better service from a more expensive server provider, but I guarantee you will still get times when people will be randomly disconnected from the game, 'Lost Connection to the host'.
This has been an issue since week 3 (When i started playing the game).
"We have checked your server and all seems to be ok. We even ran a login test and was successful. We would appreciate if you can ask your friends if the issue persists and if they can take a screenshot or mention the exact error they are having"
Seems to be issues with SP again.
Also MP public servers have been wiped, so you may need to delete the .ini file to solve issues with SP and MP.
If its a MP private server try and contact the admin through Steam or Discord to see if they are having issues or if its just you.
Regarding validating, that is a good 1st step to take, but I believe the .ini file is in your app data folder, so stays on your pc even after deleting the game from steam library.
There is more info on deleting the .ini file in the discussions.
Does anyone here have experience with deleting the .ini file?
You can let Margo know the exact file, or anyone else with the same issue.
