Unplayable lag using AMD
Started this game up and im using Ryzen 5600X/Radeon 6600XT, game locks itself at 65fps but it stutters so much it feels more like 20fps, does anyone know a work around for this?

Unfortunately the game tends to dislike higher end amd processors and tends to bottle neck itself do to it

I'd recommend playing the other Sao games since their better optimized better for better computers

might sound dumb, i have nvidia and this helped me fix fps issues for ac odyssey and increase stability for borderlands 2. try converting the games api to vulkan via dxvk (just google it). that could help u with this issue, i cant try it bc i dont have the issue myself but its an idea lol

It stutters on Intel/Nvidia as well.

Tried this but it didnt work in case anybody sees this in the future. Msi afterburner confirmed it was running vulkan but the frame rate is still hard locked at 65

Maybe you can try to disable 2 cores in Ryzen Master and see how it will run on 4C/8T.
If that doesnt work try to disable more cores. I think game uses 2 cores anyway so disabling even 4 cores maybe can improve performance.

I think I know what the guy means, and I also know its late, but try this because it works perfectly for me:

Go to the Quests building and connect to the online, as if you were to play multiplayer. The moment it connects the whole game stabilizes and its perfect, if that is not enough, create a room. I don't know why, but it works.
