What is OSS???????????

I want to play the game completely and make a guide for achievements. And accomplishments instead of skills written OSS. Does anyone know what this is?

Original Sword Skill. To use it, you must assign a Skill to a Command.

at what level does it open?

Every character starts with two, so all you have to do is assign those skills to commands, to do this:

1. Open the Menu.
2. Select your actual character (the upper icon from the left).
3. Select "Skills".
4. Select your equipped weapon section (for example: if you use Dual Swords, select the Dual Swords section).
5. Select an empty space marked with a key/button command (that is: RB + X you're playing in a Gamepad to assign to that command), then select your desired Skill (marked with an I or II).
6. There! To use it in battle, press the assigned key/button command, keep in mind you must have MP (blue bar) to use it.

This is wrong.
OSS is kinda ultimate skill for some characters, which can be obtained as the game progresses by completing sub events.

Asuna/Yuuki : Chapter 8 onwards, after the 1v1 duel
Sumeragi/Rain : Post game
