Remaping keyboard controls for co-op

i tried to play co-op in the remote play together option and unfortunatelly both keyboards would control the same character, and could not remap the keyboard so each player could use a different section to play the other character like on overcooked. Even if it wasn't for the co-op, it's weird i can´t remap the controlls, is there any chance of adding this feature later?

This was almost 5 YEARS ago, and still no remapping?

I do not use qwerty, so this is insane. Looks like I need to use AutoHotkey to do what the devs haven't....
