Constipation doesn't keep you from sleeping IRL.
I get that you want to make a hardcore survival simulator, and I love that the crafting system is so in depth, but holy jeez, the status effects need to be reworked. A broken arm is more likely to keep you up than being unable to make a poo after a long day. (Trust me, I know the effects of BOTH of these IRL, in detail.) Also, the frequency of doing a poo is incorrect for the types of foods eaten. A high in plant fiber diet often leads to a more active gut, requiring more defecation, while a protein rich diet tends to gum up the works, leading to less defecation, but not constipation in general. As it is, the character defecates too little, and is somehow able to just ignore a broken bone until it's healed good as new.
This is just the major gripe that I have right now, and I get that splints will probably come in as the rest of the systems are balanced, but still. It's pretty bad as is.
Also, we need a proper "Put meat on stick, place meat on stick next to fire, cook food, safe to pick up the meat-on-a-stick by the stick." Cooking system. Because man smart, find out how to put food on stick on fire! Make good food safe to take from fire! Eat good food when food no burn man's mouth! *Caveman noises of approval*
