Once there, climb the stairs, unlock and open the door, go inside, log into the terminal and enter the "reboot" command.
The other method is to type the "rebootall" command on the laptop. I have seen cases in which that fails, though, in which case you will still have to visit the mentioned antenna.
Once the reboot(all) has been completed, run the "diagnostics" command to see that all servers are properly online now. If not, then lather, rinse and repeat.
