Catch is always 80 crab?
Doesn't matter where i drop the pots, i always catch 80 crab? Is this happening to everyone else? I have tried setting the pots from 14hrs - 18hrs ...same outcome?

I've caught less, even 0 if you drop in a really bad spot, but the max for me has always been 80 too.

they're updating almost every day. The road map looks very promising.

Yeah the road map looks promising. I have also noticed I seem to always catch 80 crabs in every pot.

80 crabs is currently the maximum pot capacity. If you are fishing in perfect conditions, you should be able to reach that amount after about 10+ hours - so it wouldn't matter if the pot is there for 14 or 18h in this given case. In the future updates, when more items will start to wear down, the outcome may vary more.

Any specific dates for next update?

Well do not think they will be in the next update, but more in future updates as Moonlit said.
No time known and no date set for release of updates,

King crab, which as I understand it, is what the game currently simulates, averages 60-70 per pot, however, red king crab is normally found below 120 feet. Currently in-game, it's easy to catch the 80 maximum at depths as low as 35 feet, which should not happen.

Opilio, Bairdi and Blue crab also need to be added to the game, as well as the ability for the ship to hold far more pots than currently simulated in the game.

In addition to multiple seasons, the player should be able to choose multiple harvests for the different crab types.

At the start, the player will have limited equipment and will initially only be able to fish for one type of crab, then, after earning money, can upgrade skills, upgrade the boat, purchase additional equipment, hire additional crew, and embark on multiple harvests for different crab types during the year, each regulated by the crab type seasons.

Quotas need to be implemented (perhaps as a difficulty level option) to apply pressure to the player in meeting the quota, otherwise, incur a financial penalty.

If this game is supposed to be a true Deadliest Catch game, and affiliated with the Discovery Channel, there need to be significant improvements made.

I like all your ideas this is very much what I hope this game will turn into.
