I'm sure there's plenty of other great ones out there, but these I've played first hand and I personally enjoyed the hell out of them.

It isn't exactly like classicvanias, since it has some exploration (something like Megaman X series) but after Curse of the Moon, Odallus is the most classicvania-like on Steam.
It is an awesome game too by the way.

very hard games
game focus on exploration and platforming. both those elemenst stinks there
Well the game have it's flaws and it's not very popular in some ways. When it comes to finding good vanias it's a bit about luck when it come to popularity.

Can't go wrong with this if you like old Castlevania games: **
https://store.steampowered.com/app/1018010/Castlevania_Anniversary_Collection/
** (has Castlevania + Castlevania II Simon's Quest + Castlevania III Dracula's Curse + Super Castlevania IV + Castlevania The Adventure + Castlevania II Belmont's Revenge + Castlevania Bloodlines + Kid Dracula.) **
A nice Metroidvania, some parts of the map look like they would'nt be out of place in Castlevania: (such as Karst City, the Cathedral, etc...) ↴

Both of these 2 below seem to be inspired by Castlevania ↴

(The art/cover of this one even looks like the cover of Aria of Sorrow, the gameplay seems a bit like Symphony of the Night)

Here are some Metroidvanias with some oldschool inspiration.
And Panzer Paladin isn't too bad and isn't Metroidvania:
