Inti has used the seven deadly sin trope before in Azure Striker Gunvolt and you can see some seven deadly sin elements in their megaman zero games. (thought that is a bit up to how you see it)
Two of the rare flaws quite present but not a sin is cowardice and conservatism: a coward running away from his responsibilities; somebody blocking changement because it should not change.(Though, sometimes conservatism is fueled by fear: fear of the changement) (Also, cowardice can sometimes be sloth, somebody fleeing into the inaction)
Fanatism can, in a certain extent, be linked to Pride: considering that your own views are the only ones possible is pretty much Pride
