"Take off the training wheels" achievement

Can't get the achievement "Take off the training wheels". I'm level 38, how do I get the training level? How do I do this?

You need to finish the tutorial. I assume you didn't park all cars as you started playing. You can play it again if you drive to the it when you are in the overworld. It's on the first island in singleplayer mode.

That's great! Thank you very much. Found it, passed it, got the achievement. I was worried I'd have to reset all progress to start again...
