How do I "perfect" a parking?

I think the game told me but I missed the pop up and now I have no idea how to retrieve the information again.

You‘ll find the tutorial in the overworld. You can drive to it as you can for any over level.

A perfect park means only use the minimum amount of cars.
For example: 8 spots = 8 cars used in total.

So it's not a perfect parking, it's a perfect level. Very weird choice.
