Stuck in Downtown Area 3

I don't know how to progress past this point. I've spend hours exploring and I can't for the life of me figure out where to go.

You could check some maps and compare them to what you have. Ultimate Prison Break Guide on here has some.

Downtown areas are connected at a lot of different points, and from what I recall, it has a bunch of dead ends. Try locked gates in earlier areas in case you've gotten any new keys, or check if you've missed any routes.

Assuming you've explored all of Area 3, there's a key that you picked up there that is used for a locked gate in Area 1, which will lead to Area 5.

Ok yeah, I had to go to a locked gate in Area 1. I sure wish that progressing the story in this game wasn't so difficult...

If anyone else gets stuck, key is actually hidden behind Area 3 trap in top right corner near shortcut to Area 2.

Is not the same as original game , those simplified maps are remake no? F
