from enemies but in turn does more damage back with its passive and its monstrous attack damage stat.
Sleeping Beauty could also be a boss killer, Acquire Amber Red from her Archery job then job change to Sniper. In the Sniper skill tree grab Assualt Stall, a skill in which temporarily reduces the Attack and Tec stats of enemies. Useful in a bossfight to reduce the tanking bruden on your tank. Then Job Change again into Speed Gunner, Speed Gunner is basically Destroyer without the the taking in more damage penalty and with high agility and a chance to do multiple hits during a normal attack instead of the monstrous attack stat and the do more damage to enemies passive the Destroyer has. Then grab Guard Stall , a debuff which reduces defense and magical defense temporarily and grab Random Rushes (which is basically Rage Rush for the ranged character). Admitedly Speed Gunners start out kinda weak in the early game until you level them up and grab some pretty good gear for them. Also be warry as Speed Gunners can outspeed Jack so there is a risk that they can enter Blood Skelter way before Jack can purge them.
Alternatively, you can turn Sleeping Beauty into a Blood Hunter if you are looking for some money. Blood Hunter has a class passive called Gold Treasure Hunt that you can upgrade in which well just grants you more gold from battles. It also has a class passive you can get called Treasure Hunt that increases the Item Drop Rate. In which you can sell some of the items you do not need for some gold as well, giving you the ability to rack in more gold and items. Combining this with the job passive of Item Meister's you can learn which is also called Treasure Hunt, you will be gaining loads of healing potions , extra items you can sell or keep and more extra gold from Gold Treasure Hunt passive. I guess the only issue with this one is that you will be filling your inventory really quickly with dupe equipments or healing tiems that may soon be not as useful.
In my opinion if you are looking to make Red Ridding Hood as a kind of damage dealer, then Job Change into Pierrot then Job Change againt to Poet. Poet is a pretty good Caster / Buffer due to its high AGI and TEC. It also has a neat passive to reduce the cost of support skills. However you will need to rely on the random nature of spells of Pierrot, more specifically Lunacy and the Cluster spell.
Alternatively Red Ridding Hood can be turned into a support role, however I do not have any suggestions apart from job changing her into a Fairy then back into a Poet, grabbing Ex Healia, Resist Skill , Resist Attack, Invigorate, Impede and Execution.
I'm honestly unsure if these suggestions are any good nor if they are any help but I hope you might find them useful in anyway.
I used Jack as the main healer and thumbelina with resurrect and omega heal (but in the end didn't use it thanks to using items).
If you are using that setup that means that you can also rely on Cinderella's party heal when licked.
