Best classes?

so far i mostly jsut got 2 dps, 1 support dps/healer and healer.. but i ahve to know.. Dose the trinity system work in this game? like tank for al lthe aggro, dps doe gamage and well healer for healing

Just go through the game normally for the most part, you'll get a lot of O blood from chapter 3 (either route); for O- blood -which is in my opinion the hardest one to come by-, you may want to complete the first map in it's entirety since the enemies in the middle-upper floors seem have the highest chance for drops, at least in the early-ish game. You'll also get portals to those floors which will make going there to farm easier, there's also equipment that gives +Blood Crystal drops, never sell those and equip them when you need to farm.

are the blood crystals random? because I don't get some green -D crystal that I need at the moment

It isn't random, each monster has a list of which crystals it can drop. Sometimes one type is really rare in one area and you'll only find a reliable source later on. I'm pretty sure it tells you, in the jail manual, on each monster's entry. I'll take a look tomorrow and tell you a good source for the green ones.

Ok, what locations have you unlocked?
Soul Keeper and Sara Spirit have a rare chance drop them in the City Streets,
All four kinds of Wererabbit have them as their only drop, also City Streets,
All four kinds of Imp's Heel and Castle Rook have them as their only drop, they are in Downtown. I think those are your best bet actually.

Through experience, My friend said Destroyer, Leech, and Blood Lord are the best classes.
