Performing an action when moving off a ledge
I want to set up a character to enter their 'falling' action when they walk off a ledge, however I haven't seen any conditions or settings that might allow this.

Thanks, that worked perfectly!
Although, how would I go about allowing the player to jump only once after walking off the ledge from idle? At the moment I can allow jumping while falling but then everytime they start falling again after doing the jump, it lets them jump again.

You need to add a grounded check on the links going to jump. I show at the end of this video around 21:55 how to do just that:
