Launch message error

Just buy then just try : a message error just after launch "The tablet version is incompatible" ... "Please re-install the tablet software" in French "La version de la tablette est incompatible" ... "Veuillez ré-installer le logiciel de la tablette" ... wtf ... what will I do ? Refund ? My computer under Windows 10 - 64 Bits - Version 20H2 (the last version with the lasts updates) with 8 Go Ram and CPU Core 2 Duo @3Ghz + Geforce GTX 1660 Super OC 6 Go SGRAM

Stealth_Heart sorry to hear this. What type of PC and/or monitor are you using? A laptop? PC with TV Monitor?

Avast Free version ... but since I have plug my Wacom Bamboo I have Microsoft Windows Ink allways in shortcuts ... I say this because it is the only peripherical which is the nearest from a tablet ... but I launched PGM IV only with X-Box Controller 360 plug with USB ...

I have several softwares installed for my tablet Wacom Bamboo (without screen)
Wacon - Wacom Technology Corp. - version 5.3.5-3
WebTablet FB Plugin 32 bit - Wacom Technology Corp. - version 2.1.0.7
WebTablet Plugin 64 bit - Wacom Technology Corp. - version 2.1.0.7
WebTablet IE Plugin - Wacom Technology Corp. - version 1.1.0.12
WebTablet Netscape Plugin - Wacom Technology Corp. - version 1.1.0.10

I can't uninstall Windows Ink maybe it is drive by Wacom softwares ?

Possibly, if you can try uninstalling them and see if issue continues. Or maybe there is a way to just disable, not sure how thise softwares work.

Uninstalling of these softwares for my Wacom Tablet is not the solution to not to have the message (in fact this message appears 2 times) ... I have done the first tutorial and was able to close PGM IV ... Can you'll fix this problem in a future release ?

Can you email maker_support@activegamingmedia.com with images of the error and crash log if any? We will look into this best we can.

I have uninstalled the Wacon - Wacom Technology Corp. - version 5.3.5-3 then it uninstall the four others ... the message dissapeared at PGM IV launch ... Okay I will send a email with the screenshoot of the error. There was apparently no crash error, just this message appears two times.
