Custom / Stylized Health Bar?
My question is if there's an efficient method to set up a custom health bar, specifically ones with a stylized shape and color, rather than just a solid rectangle. I had the idea to manually set an Animation per variable, but that seems to be unnecessarily tedious, unless I'm getting close to the limitation of Pixel MV.

On a side note, the Animation window needs some improvements like setting up frames from start to finish. I have animations with lots of frames, but clicking for each frame is becoming tedious, especially if the animation is just a loop from the start to end of the sprite sheet.

Let me clarify. What I'm looking for is flexibility of the engine for various Stat Gauge designs, e.g. a Radial-shaped Bar. At the moment, I took a very manual approach by setting up an Animation and calling for each Motion (0-100) when an appropriate Variable number is active. But this took a significant amount of time, and I am wondering if there's a better technique available.

Yes, I am sure that this is possible since we can use javascript plugins. Has it been done yet as a plugin, no... If you end up with a viable and simple technique for generating a ui like this, please post it as the community is only as strong as its members and the information available on its forums!

I am sorry this is probably not exactly the answer you want, but it takes time to grow the community resources. All we really need is one or two people familular with js or coffee to crank out some plugins for general community use!
