HELP PLEASE! Issues with controls

At the start of the game, at the tutorial, the goose comes out of the bush bent forward and stays this way. It doesn't put its head up even if I press Ctrl, or if I try with a controller, button LT. Also, when trying with a controller, I cannot run even if I hold A. All other actions are fine.

I tried reassigning the keys, changing the option to TOGGLE instead of HOLD and even reinstalling the game, with no luck. Any suggestions?
