Report a translation problem
I really don't feel like putting the time in to play again for the rest or learn the speed runs if even the achievements are not going to be reliably functional.
I waited until months later after a couple of patches and they worked. I have no idea if they deliberately fixed something or if it's just random and I was lucky on the later attempts.
That seems to be how it was with all of them. As I said I had achievements for finishing the game done and the early ones required to get there didn't trigger until later play throughs.
Overall I ended up having to redo the game several times before they registered.
On the upside, it's a short game, especially if you're doing it as a speed run so it's a couple hours of hammering at it over and over again until they work.
I haven't touched the game in the two years since then, but I know it's had more updates. Any of those could have fixed or broken them all over again in new ways.
