So I'm sitting on 99.5% and 50 gems but I can't seem to find the last one(s) - I'm assuming I'm missing a gem chest as I am not finding a gem in the breakable block in the room according to Feaw's map guide . Do the 3 red guardian eyes on the under 3 hours and no death achievements mean that you can't turn assists on, since turning on any of them (besides increased ambient light) causes the eyes to appear in the top-right corner in white?

If certain throwables are needed to defeat certain enemies, they shouldn't be limited. Or at least make the stuns from hitting enemies with rocks and pungent berries longer.
