Unsure where to go next

My current map.
I've defeated Cobalt, but that didn't really give me a new way to progress so I'm wondering where I should go next since all the loose ends seem somehow out of reach...
Just let me know which area I need to pay attention to and I should be fine.

The unexplored room and arrow you've marked toward it lead to the next area :) Grats on beating cobalt!

I've checked that room and there's an arrow pointing towards a wall but I can't get through it, nor can I break it... I guess I'll continue searching.

There is a way to go up at that arrow using items, however that is for a secret haha. there is another path into that room that allows access to the way up

Found the way forward... Apparently I hit that switch in the fireball room twice, and thought the gate opened from the other side instead... maybe a way to tell a switch from on and off would be useful. Anyways, thanks for the help, I've really been enjoying this game!
