Stuck in Forlorn Ruins

I've found two of the switches for the "triangle of lights" door, but I have scoured this area for an hour and cannot find the third switch. I also thought it might be to do with the "arc" of lamps next to the door but even with a jumping throw I can't get them all to light up simultaneously.

And of course after posting this I manage to get the lamp arc to work....

Yeah the trick for the crystals is to stand on the higher platform and throw from there.
