Can't use DeoVR without internet.

I use my cellphones Hotspot for my computers internet, but why can't I use DeoVR offline? I would rather not waist my Hotspot data just to play a video on my computer.

Also when ever I launch DeoVR to play a video the web link allways shows, then I have to reload the video to get rid of the web link. This is very annoying.

How what? It now works when I don't have an internet connection. I use hotspot data from my cellphone for my internet on my computer but the Hotspot data Its limited so It was annoying before when I had to turn on the internet to use DeoVR

"No Internet connection. Close Application" Closing is the only option without internet.

So, how to use DeoVR without internet?

It's even worse: I DO have internet connection (how else would I be writing this) and still the app won't open because it says I don't have internet connection.
