Problem with offset image

Hi there
I have a problem launching the game. It seems the image is offset inside the window. Hitting 'esc' brings up a menu but I can't read what each option says because of the offset.

My guess is this is a problem of resolution. I noticed this in other software ever since I started using two monitors in my setup. Something about the second screen seems to confuse some programs.
