Does this game use DirectX?

I did not see this on the main Store page.

If it uses OpenGL is there a way to make it use DirectX, and if so which version does it use- DirectX 9?

By the way, if you like "fox" games do check out "Foxtail."

Better late than never I guess, The emulator the game runs in does appear to use directx since wine had to pull it down to install the game (You made me curious). No idea which version though. Why do you not want to use OpenGL? Is there some sort of problem with your card or something?

Well, OpenGL does not seem to work on the ancient 2001 Sony very well.

I can run this game via the ROM nicely enough- I thought it was an actual Genesis game from the 1990s, found out otherwise, so bought the Steam version.

Problem is that Sony is XP, so Steam does not work on it.
