cant get past first scene

i love hidden object games, but this one has really annoyed me, im still on scene one where i have to find the bullet, i find it click on it, but nothing happens. and i paid for the game, im actually really upset that its not working properly, what can i do to fix it will i be able to get a refund? or am i stuck with it
