i already tried
-restart the router.
-change the router (i had two router with different internet at my home).
-or some other hocus pocus with ip address.

this is also happened several days ago when i just bought the game, and then it's just work. but this problematic thing happening again.

Still the same : -

1)Below are the troubleshooting I did yesterday :

*Tried to scan file, still failed.
*Uninstalled and reinstalled back the whole game, still failed.
*Restarted modem and router, still failed.
*Flush DNS also failed.
*using VPN, still failed.
*Deleted the version.dat files in my BDO installation directory
*Unable to allocate .pap file in my BDO installation directory.
*make an exception at my antivirus and even turned off, still persist.

2)Below are the troubleshooting I did today :

-I did uninstall 3 hours ago by using revo uninstaller which will clean the file/data to the root of the registry.
-Just completed installed the whole game from steam
- Do manually patch follow from google and youtube video
- Failed to apply the patch file
I just install the whole game tho

okay try scan file :
- scanning file (the launcher download all the data and paz data until 6/6 step)
-then the launcher try to apply the patch
-then failed.
- try to reopen the launcher and scan again failed

keep looping like that


my internet connection is okay cuz i dont facing stuck during patching like anybody else who stuck at 3% like forever. I directly got error "failed to apply the patch file" after reached 3%.

I found the solution for me.. There is unwanted Trojan in my PC. Problem solved after full scan using anti malware software.
