Playing on Linux Mint

As of now, is there a way to play The Talos Principle 2 on Linux Mint? If not, will there be in the future?
When starting, it just opens another window with the message "DirectX 12 is not supported on your system. Try running without the -dx12 or -d3d12 command line argument."

Works for me. Linux Mint 21.2 x64, RTX 4070Ti, Nvidia proprietary drivers, Proton Experimental.

Check that your videocard meets system requirements. For AMD cards you may have to try a different video driver(amdvlk/amdgpu/radv).

runs superb with mesa+proton experimental + amd 7900 here as well.

Played the whole game flawlessly with great performance on Mint via Proton (AMD card, latest drivers). That error sounds like it may be driver related for your particular video card, try updating.
