I'd not expect a Mac native version any time soon - Mac has lower market penetration than Linux these days for gaming. That said I believe Mac ARM (IE M1/M2/M3) is a build target for UE5 so it's not impossible, but I imagine they'll want to get any bugs ironed out of the x86 (windows/PS5/XBox) build before looking into other platforms and architectures.
Other options would be something like XBox Live or Geforce Now - IE stream it.

I'm not aware of any other ways to play Talos through streaming other than those two - and it doesn't look like TTP2 is on XBox Games Pass as yet, so that knocks the Xbox Live Streaming Thingy out of the running I guess.
Without wishing to sound harsh, I'd not expect anything other than very, very AAA games or incredibly popular ones (IE Fornite, call of duty, Baldurs Gate 3 type stuff) to come to to the ARM Macs natively any time soon (it's the exception rather than the rule in the industry at the moment) so if you do like to dip into gaming from time to time, you might want to look at alternative paths, ie start saving up for an XBox/PS5 or maybe a Steam Deck, which will run Talos, a bit slowly, but it will run it, I hear.
