Alternate solution to North 3 Golden puzzle The Rearranger (Spoilers)

I didn't realise there was an extra fan between the last 2 blue gates so I thought I needed to be creative. I remembered it was possible to smuggle a connector out of puzzle 4 Prison (even though it turned out not to be needed to solve the main puzzles) so I used that to bring in a red laser from the nearby lost\triangle puzzle Elegance. Some pretty precise positioning was needed! :-D

You can also put a cube on top of the item swappers, jump on the cube, and get on top of the wall. It's how I solved that one.

i didn't notice the 2nd fan until i've wrecked my head around the HTF are one to get the red in there! When i more or less stumbled on the damned fan the puzzle was done, it wasn't even a challenge.

Holy ****, I'm a bit late but thank you for that. I broke my head over this puzzle the last hour and couldn't figure out how to do it. Didn't see the extra fan. After that, it was obvious.

I swear, this game is perfect, but those damn fans. More than once I struggled with a puzzle only to discover that a fan is detachable, while others are not.

Yeah, worst part is they are often very hard too see when on the ground.

A fan which is not covered by a metal cover and when the mouse is pointed at it blue lines are shown around its edges (meaning you can interact with it) then the fan is detachable.

A fan which is covered by a metal cover and when the mouse is pointed at it there are no blue lines around the egdes, then the fan is not detachable.

This was already the case in TP1 and it is still true.
