Had to look up a vid. Where the tram goes into the solid rock leaving the area, go left and its in the next small valley.

Some of the labs can be a bit of walk to find. But All of them have paths leading to them, so if in doubt follow one you haven't walked yet.

Well i found all the others that way. Somehow this one was very elusive.

Just track down all the question marks on the HUD. You will eventually find all the labs and lost puzzles as well as the terminals.
