Thank you for posting this it was very informative :)
I'm red green colourblind, but for whatever reason 'Tritanopia' option at 100% worked for me. I recommend to ignore the charts in the settings & test in a real level, this fully allowed me to distinguish between the red, green & blue (The blue wasn't a problem anyway).
Just try all the modes in turn, including 'off' & find what works best for you.
And Lol at the video title, 1st time I've been called disabled for being colourblind.
Sadly the one that works best for me is just the regular colors. I just had to learn to deal with it. Thankfully only a small percentage of the puzzles have the RGB lasers.
I really hope they fix this.
