West 2: Does anyone knows where is the hidden Driller?
The only one I can find, is in puzzle 3, and you can't take it outside, nor to have a clear view to the wall that you need to use.

It's hidden in a nook of the outside wall of one of the puzzles near the statue.

To expand a bit:
said nook has a blue forcefield so if you're struggling to find the nook the light from the forcefield might help

To be more precise, it's around the left side of W2 L4. Took me quite some time to find it.

there really should be some form of hint where these over-world items are hiding.
same goes for the hidden doors that opens when you point a laser at something instead of .. nothing.
The maps are to gigantic to be running around aimlessly hoping to stumble upon what you need.

Useful addition, thank you!

I honestly enjoyed these ones a ton. A handful of "stars" that are on the level of the harder ones in the first game.

Yes. Mostly - yes. I did enjoy those Pandora's puzzles though in which you need to connect a laser from elsewhere, sometimes spanning across several puzzles to solve it - usually it is good enough to pay attention what area the statue overlooks / which puzzles themselves have a line of sight / which puzzles even contain items that you require. That was fun to solve. But not when there's like a hidden driller god knows where on the whole map. Usually they're close but that's not good enough.

In TTP +DLC that "driller" would mean you had to use (or even smuggle out) something out of puzzle to solve that "star". So my Immediate clue was to run around and see what puzzles had a driller i could use. Not running down to a specific puzzle and look inside a hidden alcove on the outside.

That particular one sucked, yes. Both the driller location and where to use it. No argument there. Just saying I liked most other Pandora stars. Some people say those all should have more hints, but the hints are already there. That's all.

there is no hint. Only a wall.

Man, I have already agreed with you that the driller wall one sucked. For most other Pandora stars I've just listed three types of hints to infer in my previous post. We're talking in circles.

not really. I'm only talking about the ones with hidden items needing some hint. The rest got hints abundance, though somewhat obscure

♥♥♥♥. I found the driller on my first visit to W2, even figured out how to get it out, but couldn’t find anywhere to use it, so I left it where it was and continued solving stuff. Now I can’t remember where I found it :taloslol:

Exactly this. I agreed with you on this from the very start. Just added that I still liked the others ones, those without the hidden items.
