Has anyone discovered any easter eggs so far?
I've been trying to keep an eye out, and so far I've come across just one, a Serious Sam one in the Museum of the Simulation.

I won't like, I'm actually a bit saddened and dissapointed by the lack of those fun and creative and enjoyable easter eggs tbh, HOWEVER maybe they're just extremely hidden this time around?? I dunno. I hope. I miss them

I saw that too.

I don't like it. Breaks immersion for me.

It shouldn't. In-universe, it's explicitly stated that The Simulation was made in the Serious Engine, so it makes perfect sense for them to have access to Sam's assets after coming out and include him in the museum about said Simulation.

The gargoyle statue in the museum mentions the most famous historical gargoyle being remembered in the ancient phrase "Keith David and Goliath". This both matches with the not quite understanding some of the ancient knowledge the new humanity has discovered thing they have going, and is also a direct reference the 90's cartoon "Gargoyles", where the main character, a gargoyle named Goliath, was voiced by actor Keith David.

HL3 logo in New Jerusalem, but that was only accessible in the demo via mods/fly cheat, presumably still there in the full version but since I'm still playing through it unmodded I can't say for sure.

Its a museum with Card board replicas of the puzzles from the first game. And in that puzzle area of the original game there was Serious Sam Easter eggs.
So it is very much in universe and not at all immersion breaking.

Kinda an easter egg/reference, in S2 the solution to "Question Block" is a nod to a certain plumber

23 Postings so far and the only (weak) Easter Egg is that cardboard standup in the museum!? It seems there are indeed no Easter Eggs which can be compared to the (many) ones in TTP1!

The City is (so far as any have found) the place with the most eggs. The Milton(i think its called that) memorial, RtG memorial, the Museum is loaded..

In one of the Museum puzzle areas there's a beach ball in the back. Pretty sure it's an easter egg for something.

Found a broken terminal in the boot-up area, and an odd checkerboard formation near the beach in W3 that seems to be part of a larger egg.

I wouldn't say NO easter eggs... here's the HL3 one, this time from the main game instead of demo, it's behind the tower in NJ.

Nice dig at Valve btw, HL3 still being nothing but a meme/mythos even in the year 10k or whenever T2 is set...

I tried to look for what you found in W3, but I went around the perimeter of the level there's no beach, it's all cliffside. Are you sure you don't mean another level, and are you sure its not tied to one of the Sphinx puzzles?
