Statistics does not change too much. I have 1000+ games and I know this.
I think the premise and logic of the puzzles and how they're introduced, demonstrated and then implemented has been refined a bit, rather than the puzzles getting easier.
Suffice to say - and I don't consider this a spoiler - those bloody recording tools from TTP haven't made a comeback and I for one don't miss them - they're what made me put the game down in a fit of pique back in the day.
There's a fine line between 'enjoyably challenging" and "hope you haven't got ADD because this will break you" and I think they've toed that line very well in this instance. I'm at the endgame now, and I think I only used Youtube half a dozen times throughout. And of course i facepalmed at every solution I couldn't find....
I guess you have to remember that any time they introduce a new mechanic they will start with baby steps to ensure you understand all of the ways that mechanic can work. The puzzle difficulty won't be linear for that reason, so maybe that gives some people the impression that it's too easy.
You could connect to the table and be transported to a virtual world and complete a little set of puzzles introducing the new mechanic.
The way the game was released you lose at least 3 puzzles per level, because the 1st three are always ridiculously easy.
If somebody is looking for Ultra-Hard-Puzzles, then try Rethink 4! This game made me quit in the 4th of 5 areas.
Do you realize the game is a good 30-40 hours, depending on how much time you have to play and it only just released this week...?
Your mentioning that 20% got some achievement is utterly pointless and irrelevant.
It says absolutely nothing.
lmao
You clown.
There is nothing else to explain.
