How do I download the schematics?

Not sure if this is a stupid user problem or a software issue:

I just got to the island and was instructed to enter an underground bunker and download some schematics. I was initially playing with steam big picture mode and controller. Accessing the terminal with the schematics worked fine the first time (the schematics button was disabled). i exited the terminal, looked around a bit, and re-entered. After pressing a few buttons, the game froze up (application not responding). I force-killed the processes and restarted, replicating the same behavior.

I restarted again, switched over to keyboard and mouse, where I cannot replicate the game freeze behavior, but my in-game objective remains as "download the schematic" with the schematic button disabled on that terminal. I tried "restart from last check point", but it just puts me in front of the terminal with the quest objective "download the schematic". I haven't found anything else nearby to interact with, but maybe I'm just missing something.

How do I progress the quest forward?

seems like a bug.
i know that sucks, but try to start new from the beginning. this will take only 10 min.after you will know , it´s a bug or a feature. ^^
