they need more info i guess:

windows version :
memory:
processor ( cpu)
graphic card (gpu)

if you have all latest direct x drivers, graphic drivers ........ and the list goes on

if they replyat all they might even ask to send some info or crashlogs to them ....

or maybe they wont ask or reply

Bigfishgames never seems to reply cause you need to go to the main bigfishgames sites.

Anyway just wait a little longer.... they might be busy.
