Yeah, the game is still broken

Although you said in the previous users post on July 19th that the issue was fixed, it most certainly is not. Steam can't find the executable (although it is present in the folder, and you can start the game from there but it will crashing, telling you it has an invalid app configuration). I'm not sure what happened in your update but it is still broken
