How do I get to Ancient Chaos and Heaven's Labyrinth?

I can't seem to find a way to reach either.

Subtle hints:

Have you fully explored the right-hand side of Icefire Treetop?

Have you fully explored Takamagahara Shrine? Remember, the gimmick there is having a lot of breakable walls, so try hitting at and around anything between you and someplace you might want to go.

Overt instructions if that's not enough...

Heaven's Labyrinth: The entrance is on the right side of the Icefire Treetop, past the ice pillars. You'll need to use the grapple claw to swing around them and chain-jump between them. Then, in the far right of the level, you can fight Ratatoskr again and enter a three-dot gate to reach Heaven's Labyrinth.

Ancient Chaos: The very bottom of Takamagahara Shrine. There's an odd block preventing you from entering bottom two rooms - break the corresponding wall in the boss room next to it to reveal a dais that lets you retract it. Then, at the very bottom of the area, there's what looks like a one-way exit. You can break the ceiling of that little box to get in and enter to reach Ancient Chaos.

Heavens Labyrinth to add to Aquillion:

you need to defeat Ratatoskr on the right side, but you have to defeat him in Immortal Battlegrounds, and then encounter him in Icefire Treetops west side (near the staircase from Immortal Battlegrounds) before he appears on the right side. You'll need the Anchor, afterwards.
