how to summon weapon fairy or treasure fairy

I bought both of them but when I touch white light I always get heal fairy.

how can I summon another one?

or Is it glitch I bought them before I met freya?

As the fairy is being summoned and before she appears, leave the screen and reenter to reset the fairy spawn. It will cycle through colors. I find the Frost Giant Shrine Fairy point the easiest, since the Fairy point is near the edge of a screen.

Heal > Heal > Weapon > Heal > Treasure > Heal > Key > Repeat

Watch for the fairy spawn color animation. Red is heal. Blue is attack. Green is treasure. Purple is key.

It is, so you can reliably find the one that you need whenever you need it. At least, once it is unlocked.

Dieing/resetting resets the cycle.

I thought that it was an app causing it to be a set order.

Either way, since i'm assuming you're having the same issue as I had, just try leaving the reentering the screen before the fairy spawns. (Best spot is below the Shrine of the Frost Giants save)

it's not working it is always white.

I'm going to guess you mean heal or red. You need to leave before the effect finishes in order to change the summon. Easy spot to test this would be the one near the Immortal Battlefield's normal tablet.
