What are the chests that you need a key fairy for?

Just so I don't tear my hair out trying to figure how to open them, what are the chests that require the key fairy? I'm hoping one of them is in that Takimara Shrine place and then another in Heaven's Labrynth cause I have no idea how to open a certain chest in both of those places.

The one in Takamagahara Shrine does need the key fairy. None in the Labyrinth did, as far as I can remember.

There's also two things in the Underworld that need the key fairy, but beyond all that I don't remember her being necessary for much else, though she does expose breakable walls.

Also wondering this. There are at least 3 separate key fairy spots in the underworld, so traveling all around there with a key fairy is highly recommended. I'm interested in knowing where the key fairy spots are outside of the underworld though, as I have zero interest in wandering around the entire game with a key fairy in tow. I got the key fairy spot in the T shrine though.

The chests that require a key fairy really should look a bit different than the normal ones, come on!
