I don't remember seeing "Infernal fiend bites into the neck of the colossal dragon." either. Not really that it would help solve it much. Also it is possible that that "belly" hint was intentionally placed in a hollow thing room to throw you off. Again, even if you realize its the hint, how does it help? We already know we want the thing in the belly of the Infernal Fiend. We are looking for the dragon.
So basically this puzzle is jank and requires some serious out of box thinking no matter how you approach it. And no, room name is not a hint - its just a shrine where Izanagi and Izanami lie. They are not even twins, just siblings so its a very light hint at best.
There is a pink underline on the map of that "neck" room, which means it's connected to some other location, but I could never deduce that it was a "neck".
In fact, the only other time it's brought up aside from this puzzle is the hint Fobos gives you for the Gauntlet.
That map doesn't resemble anything near a dragon, and that isn't anything close to a neck.
I then look up further guides, it mentions scorch marks in the room, and the best interpretation I have of that, is that the side of the pillar looks a little sooty.
There's no excuses for this puzzle. There's no "logic". The best hints that you get for this is the tombstone simply saying "Where is this?", and after going down a list of "The octopus's butthole?", "The cat's left cheek?", "The left corner of three potatoes?" you arrive at the wierdest description in the game.
a big hint here is the race scanner as the "where is this?" was written by the olympians: the inhabitants of heavens labyrinth
