Not quite a bug with 1.10.10.2 Tower of Oannes, but maybe a design issue? Or maybe it's absolutely intentional. When I first go into the Tower, I can destroy some random walls to find secret rooms. Near the very end of the Tower, Gyonin tells us that we need to know our seafood to find the four secret rooms. It's easy to figure out what sea creatures we need to find, but once the walls hiding the secret rooms are destroyed, it's impossible to know which sea creature it was! I had to find a Let's Play and carefully skip to where the unbroken walls were visible to take note of which sea creatures I had already destroyed so that I could know which was the fourth that I was looking for. It should be possible to somehow see the destroyed sea creature somehow, maybe inside the secret room or the broken wall could have fallen on the floor or something like that. I don't feel like what I had to do was cheating, but it would be good if I didn't have to, you know?

Reproducible softlock bug with Grail warping from Oannes to Village of Departure after solving a puzzle, I don't think its necessarily the puzzle itself doing it, but some action taken during the puzzle, which means its probably an issue in other places as well. See video attached for an example, issue was 100% reproducible on my side. https://youtu.be/OIVGAdK0JvQ

Completely reproducible on version 1.10.10.2
Repro steps:
Begin game either by loading or continue-ing at Village of Departure
Grail warp to the Tower of Oannes
Navigate to the pressure plate puzzle in the room just above the grail door.
Solve the puzzle by intended means
Depress the dais with weight, then grail warp back to Village of Departures

Result:
Player will softlock with Lumisa hanging in the air, and will be unable to take any actions besides swapping sub and main weapons, including opening menus. Player is softlocked and must force close the game.
Is the Fish Costume supposed to make you completely invincible to Jormangund's attacks? Yes, I've tested it. I put on a different garb, and i took damage from him, but when I put on the Fish Costume I am completely invincible to Jormangund's attacks! For those who have the Fish Costume, try it yourself!

It looks like sometimes when teleporting to a grail site in the DLC area, sometimes my character gets softlocked. It's frozen, I can't access any menus, and it's unresponsive to input. It looks like my character is falling but not animated. Unknown what causes it, but my guess is that I'm just landing or just jumping when I go to the teleport menu. The softlock occurs after teleporting my character in on the target grail site.
Unsure about reproduction steps, but posting it here since it managed to happen in 2 different save files :

Blocked from completing the Brahma's Trials puzzle - purple and blue lights refuse to move again after the first time they are hit. The game might not be registering them as having a hitbox anymore. The other 3 lights seem to be working as intended.
Tried restarting the game as I've seen this recommended in a previous bug report concerning the same place, which wouldn't help. Also tried the following to no avail :
Switching between weapons, leaving / reentering, placing weights to see if it resets something in the puzzle, going back to the statues to use the egg of creation again, switching flame torque and most optional items on/off, dying, changing graphics settings to see if it's somehow a FPS issue

Feel free to contact me if extra info is required to reproduce the problem.

I feel like mine is an old bug, maybe I'm missing something, but I got the Corridor of blood softlock bug.I have locked up all doors except the one in the Shrine of the Frost Giants. I got all 6 dissonance, I revisited all previous dissonance locations and confirmed I got em all (the last dissonance I got was Hel's, not Nibiru's so the beherit does not say "DIE"). Entering the door does not splatter blood, I tried entering from all other doors to try and fix the softlock, seems like I'm not the only one that has this issue, but I wasn't able to fix it running around the corridor.

I am encountering an annoying issue where the game's audio completely halts after about 5 minutes or so of play. Unfortunately, I do not have any repro steps because I can't seem to find a way to make this consistently happen. I have played nearly 20 hours (first playthrough) with my most recent accomplishments including acquiring the Snaps app and some mantras, as well as the Mantras app. I doubt that it is related, but the first instance of this occurring was the fight with the miniboss that guards the way to access the shop with the Snaps app. Restarting the game will restore the audio and then the audio will cut out again after 5-10 minutes of gameplay. I did have a hard crash as well as all of this started happening. Perhaps some details in the crash log can help in pinpointing the issue. Please let me know where to submit my crash report and I will send it quickly. Thanks for the awesome game! Hopefully we can get this resolved.

The dissonance attached to Frost Giants is the one at Ledo's statue. Are you sure you got it? The Beherit should say DIE once you have all 6 regardless of the order they were collected.

I remember I went back to Ledo's statue to make sure I had it by using Sun Mantra and it didn't trigger... but turns out cause I for sure did get it before, but something but have happened like I died after getting it or stopped playing without saving or had a corrupted save that got reverted back with steam cloud or something, because I went to check Sakit statue and it wasn't completed... I probably wouldn't have checked back here for awhile without you pointing this out cause I would've kept thinking I for sure had gotten it

I am on version 1.10.10.2 on Windows 10, using an XBone controller plugged in via USB port, and there's an issue with inputs. Sometimes inputs don't register, or register late, most noticable with jumping. Also, sometimes inputs "stick" after releasing them, often resulting in Lumisa walking without any input. After messing around a bit I believe the sticking happens when two inputs are released on exactly the same frame, and one of them sticks. For example, crawl forward, and release both directions on the d-pad at exactly the same time, and Lumisa will either keep walking or keep crouching. I suspect the inputs not registering likewise happens when two inputs are pressed on exactly the same frame, but that's harder to determine with certainty.

It seems to only happen with the d-pad and not the stick, although I prefer using the d-pad for 2D games I guess I won't this time.

I have experienced zero issues on any other game with this same controller plugged into the same USB port, so it is not a hardware problem on my end.

Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-9750H CPU @ 2.60GHz (12 CPUs)
Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060
Also I have the game limited to 60fps in nvida control panel to fix a screen stutter issue on screen transitions, if framerate is somehow a contributing factor.

There's a bug where, in a previous version, the informational tablet for (what I believe) Anzu has gotten stuck in the ground [i.imgur.com]. Since then I haven't been able to retrieve it. And it just sits there, taunting me. Asking to be retrieved.

Just to be sure, did you try using the Scanner on it? Some data pickups need to be scanned. I don't know if this one is that way.
playing on a steam deck. got to the end of "the tower of oannes," but died to the treasure chest exploding. because of that i warped out to save the next time i beat the boss. when i came back the credits rolled like normal, but the bosses body didnt give me the key, leaving me unable to collect the prize, and finish the dlc

nevermind, the chest is still closed, but i just noticed for some reason i actually have the prize, despite the game over
