Why they got 13 seasons out of it... Also who in their right mind could afford it? They wouldn't sell it for any amount short of buying the whole Snail company... Like the source code is in use in multiple games, so even if its not too valuable that code is...

Most IPs never get sold you got buy whole damn company and hope they IPs come with the purchase.

Not on UE5 it wouldnt be. its a game built on Unreal engine 3(mibi 4) with built in blueprints that are outdated by almost well 2 whole series lol. for an up to-date & determined team of skilled devs this would be a breeze im only a rookie on the UE projects but Atlas aint that loopty loop (believe it or not) currently working on a project very similar but im years away ( i cant even properly make dummy swim in water yet never mind making a boat float)but...................Unreal engine is a blast to work with&around

In answer to your question, no it wouldn't. They weren't addressing what was written in a past context. They were addressing the nature of someone who habitually writes such things.

they are like all of the wealthy. what they will want for the game will put another company in ruins for a game thats basically been dead for 2 years

Have you seen how many pump and dump schemes they have here on steam!?

With the financial hell they seem to be in, I doubt they would sell it...
Way easier to file for chapter 11 and get to keep everything.
