ATLAS

Maybe remake the game in Unreal 5, rename it, and remarket it again.
It would be exciting to see this game revived with Unreal Engine 5. A full remake, enriched with fresh content, and released under a new name could not only rekindle interest among former players but also attract a new audience.

With UE 5 it's one of those things, it offers developers many new possibilities but it also demands GPU performance and memory. Many players don't have a gaming PC, even with the current Atlas version many don't play on the best settings.
Nope we don’t need a remake of atlas what we need is a updated finished version of atlas why do you want a remake of an abandoned unfinished game wildcard needs to finish this candy bar before they open another one or they will just remake ark again

I don't want a remake, it would be enough for me if they fixed the bugs
The game was far too ambitious and initially required over 100 servers just to run one full map, which was an unsustainable expense, especially considering that the game was never really that popular, in comparison to Ark.

If they did remake the game, how many people would trust them enough to buy it after this was abandoned in early access?

no one will trust them. 99% of the community that was interested in this game up and left after season 2 because it was clear the dev's were not interested in making the game worth playing.
and lets be clear this game needs a ton of work, both mechanics wise and database wise.
having to load 20,000 walls from the server when approaching a island was crap. the databases on servers quickly became so bloated it rendered server tiles non functional.
That was they're plan, but something happend to them and litterally everything went poof, Ark 1.5 is is disarray, Atlas is very much dead (please stay away devs, thank you), and Ark 2 simply vanished, and all of this without a single word from the devs.

I agree this needs to be in unreal 5 with a lot of attention and in game purchases to keep it alive. this game had the best balance between pvp and peace timers I have ever seen. I wish more games could do this . It just needs a whole team focusing on it.
