Im 100% sure they didint gave us the mean to see ships in fog-of-war covered zone. Imagine playing starcraft and being able to see all enemies unit in fog of war...
Well then you haven't logged in and played yet. Because you can 100% see every ship in your grid even inside undiscovered area.
Ahh...Turn it off server side - Client doesnt matter, your obviously not a server admin for a Atlas Server
command line arguments:
?ShowShipInServer=false (completely disables)
?ShowEnemyShipsUnderFog=false (disable seeing ships covered by Fog of War)
