stuck in grid block

Is anyone else having the issue of not being able to leave a grid block like i built a ship and i sail in any direction and when i enter a new zone my game crashes and i respawn back at my building dock and the game registers that i built the ship using all of the resources but i cant leave my block and the ship is no where to be found.

I have had simular issues. I was sailing all the sudden i was in the water, my ship was far away. I had to die and then i could select the bed on my ship.

i couldn't even do that my ship would gone whether it glitched out of existence or destroyed i couldn't do anything
