Invencible Wild pirate ship

i was playing with my friend attacking a wild camp of pirates lvl 1.0. We kill all of them, and we wanted to proclaim the zone. The game say that we need to kill the ship. So, we go to our ship, and start fighting. The pirate ship as taken 0 damage in life bar, and the hit of game said that at least we are hitting 1500 of damage. They destroy our schooner, and we hit them so much times and the life bar is full. have this ocurred to someone?

wild pirate ships behave like player ships, they can repair damage they take. It wont take ship damage until you destroy planks on the ship then you need to keep hitting them so they cant replace their planks
