How do I set my company's flag?

EDIT: Worked it out. You need to paint a claim flag.

So I feel like I'm missing something really obvious here.

I have a cosmetic flag, and I see that there's an option to set it to show the company's flag (well, it says "tribe"). But how do I actually change this flag? There's no way to set it in the company menu, and when I try to paint it while it's in company (/tribe) flag mode it won't let me.

All my attempts at googling this just came up with guides on how to import flags from images (which I've already done).

Is this a broken feature? Or do I need to do something else to set this?

Get a paint brush and apply a locally saved version of the flag by smacking the brush at the flag with the needed dyes in inventory.

No, that's how to set it when it's on "custom" mode. I already know how to do that. It won't let me paint it when it's on "tribe" mode.

Nvm, I found out how. To change your company flag, you need to paint a claim flag. I kinda figured that'd be how it works, but didn't have a claim flag until a bit later.
