Once again steam take money from people and do nothing about people that is cheating in steam produkt - i has been the same in ark - conan and now atlas (game I paid for) and reporter people in with video. But again steam does not care about the little people - they just internesting in getting money from people - and they will not refund money though at they got proof. Here in atlas people use aimbot and can shoot you from the other side of the island or run fast on aminal and give people headshot

so someone else is cheating and you want a refund? maybe do not play on the internet.... or go to a private server...because thats the only way to get rid of cheaters

I run an unofficial ark server going on 2 years now. Had 2 cjeater/hacking situations. Both done and managed in a few minuts. Roll back and all.

Report it on playatlas, if you don't get a satisfactory answer, post it publicly. We have had very good experiences with it and everyone was banned.

You need to report people hacking via s ticket on the official website.
